Vision, Mission, Who and What We Are?

Our Vision
To see everyday people in every nation become everyday disciples who will impact the world for Jesus Christ.

Our Mission Statement
To Glorify God by making fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ, establishing COLFC as a leadership culture.

Who are we?
We are a Community of Faith, led by the Holy Spirit, participating in God’s mission in the World.

What are we?
A House of Prayer, A House of Prophecy, A House of Worship.

Word of God

We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, that the Bible, Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible Word of God.

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

We believe that God is eternally existent in three separate persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Creator of All Things

We believe that God the Father is the personal, transcendent, and sovereign Creator of all things.

Salvation, Redemption, and Forgiveness

We believe that all people are by nature separated from God and responsible for their own sin, but that Salvation, Redemption, and Forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in the Scriptures, and that they are valid for today.

Service

We believe in discovering and using gifts and talents to uplift the House of the Lord.

Personal Relationship with God

In our services, we focus on a personal relationship with God through worship and prayer.
We believe in individual purpose, as we assemble together and celebrate what unites us, Jesus Christ.

Leadership

We will be kingdom leaders in providing biblical solutions that transform lives. As God leads us, we will seek to be prophetic catalysts for change.

Character

We strive to live consistent, Christian lifestyles, conducting our ministry and business with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and Christian ethics.

Financial Stewardship

We will be faithful stewards of all God has entrusted to us.

Creativity and Innovation.

We believe that the methods must be adaptable,  without changing the mission or vision of the church.

Worship

We believe worship is a driving force of our ministry.

Christian Worship that reflects brotherly love, which is greater than any differences we possess, and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.

Spiritual worship that allows us to remain flexible and be led by the Holy Spirit.

Inspirational worship that allows  for a house of music, as well as, sacred dance.

Intelligent worship that  seeks to teach about the principles laid out in the bible.

Fruitful worship that allows us to look for His love in our lives as the supreme manifestation.
